3. The ambient temperature of the pump should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃. .



4. The medium to be transported and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The working temperature of the engineering plastic pump is less than 60 ℃, the temperature of the metal pump is less than 100C, the suction pressure is not greater than 0.2MPa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa, the density is not greater than 1600Kg/m3, and the viscosity is not greater than 30X10-6m2/S without hard particles and fiber. .

5. For the conveying liquid which is easy to precipitate and crystallize, it should be cleaned in time after use and the liquid in the pump should be discharged. .

6. After 1000 hours of normal operation of the stainless steel magnetic pump, the wear of the bearing and the end face moving ring should be disassembled and checked, and the vulnerable parts that should not be reused should be replaced.
